About yogabells

Yogabells is a combination of the physical practice of yoga and strength training using Kettlebells



Dynamic movements with a Kettlebell to develop flexibility, strength, power, concentration, mobility and resistance and improve the cardiovascular system, while enhancing physical fitness and body awareness.

Yogabells is not a spiritual practice and does not include meditation. 




Yogabells is a fluid strength-training workout with low-impact and dynamic yoga movements that result in physical and mental well-being and health.

Group: USC and Classpass members must register to participate in the class. According to the rules of the (USC - Classpass/Yogabells) App, cancellations must be done at least 12 hours before the class starts; otherwise the full price will be charged
